LINGVOBALT contributes to conduct of ELIS
Being a member of the Association of Lithuanian Translation Companies, the team of LINGVOBALT translation company feels proud to have contributed to the creation and conduct of the European Language Industry Survey (ELIS) 2023. LINGVOBALT linguists post-edited the machine translated content from English into Lithuanian and later harmonized it with previous translations. On October 12-14, Aleksandra Drublioniene, CEO of the translation company LINGVOBALT, attended the Meet Central Europe language industry conference in Bratislava. This is the fourth time our company has been attending this conference, which has been focusing on translation, localization, language services, and vendor management as well as uniting language industry professionals and representatives of translation companies from all over the world. Last week LINGVOBALT team was invited to take part at the international conference “Translation, Ideology, Ethics: Response and Credibility” organised by the Department of Translation and Interpretation Studies of Vilnius University. On September 15-16, Aleksandra Drublioniene, CEO of the translation company LINGVOBALT, attended the 5th Pan-Baltic conference of the American Chambers of Commerce of three Baltic counties, which was held in Riga this year.
